Attorney Christopher J. Eggert
Christopher Eggert has been practicing law since 1996. He earned his Hawaii license in 2013, opened his Kailua-Kona practice in April 2014, and has been serving Big Island families ever since.
His Hawaii practice concentrates on divorce and family law, child custody and support, decree modifications, and Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDROs), the specialized court orders that divide pensions and retirement accounts in divorce. Over nearly three decades of practice he has handled family law matters in state and federal courts across several western states, and he brings that depth to every Hawaii case.
Chris built this practice around how people on the Big Island actually live. Consultations happen over Zoom or by phone. Documents are reviewed and signed digitally.
